Cove’s day pass offers the ability to book coworking spaces during business hours (generally 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, subject to variation), on weekdays (except bank holidays), subject to booking and availability. Your access will depend on your type of booking. Coworking space bookings will give you access to coworking spaces including your chosen desk, common areas including lounge area, private meeting room and coffee bars.

Cove Coworking is a self-accessible space where you can come and go throughout the length of your reservation. When you arrive at Cove for your first visit, use the key-code entry to access the coworking space and follow instructions in your booking email.

Booking a coworking space allows you to access the shared workspace, including your chosen hot desk, common areas including lounge area and coffee bar, for the length of your reservation. All bookings can be made via the Cove Coworking website.

For coworking space bookings, each day pass is limited to a single occupancy coworking space. Therefore should you wish to book for more than one person, select the appropriate number of spaces needed when booking. Each person’s full name should be listed on the booking form at the time of reservation. No dogs or pets are permitted with any bookings.

You may cancel your coworking space booking by contacting Cove Coworking at hello@coveworking.com at least 24 hours before the start of your reservation.

Yes, feel free to bring any equipment and materials you need to carry out your day’s work. There are ample plug-sockets and details are provided to connect your devices to the coworking space WiFi. Your belongings are left at your own risk.
